Help a year 3 Physics undergrad make the right decision

I desperately need help in deciding whether to apply to grad school or start preparing for work in the industry. I've been very anxious throughout these last few years because of all this uncertainty, majority of which stems from my inability to choose a career path. But this semester is when I just have to decide.

Background: physics major at a top 30 university, top 10 in Asia. Courses I've taken/am taking: Linear Alg, Calc 3, CM 1, EM 1, Thermodynamics, Information Physics, Probability, Statistical Inference, OOP and Data structures

My grades in physics courses are reasonable, math courses not so great. Overall cga falls in the top 15 percent

Almost a year of research experience under a professor specializing in applied statistical physics, network dynamics, statistical neuroscience. Work mainly included carrying out simulations in python and reviewing literature

One summer's worth of experience in applied computer vision on a big data problem

So I have narrowed down my choices to two. Apply to graduate programs for computational neuroscience OR start working in the industry as a data analyst until i make enough to afford a master's in stats/applied stats etc and then think about what to do.

I like statistics, i like programming (but don't love the idea of developing software for other people). I like learning physics, i like anything that follows the framework of thinking that physics requires, a 'first principles'/'quantitative analysis' type of thinking.

I'm not sure i like research that much, I'm too impatient to figure out the nuances of a system, and too dumb to do it quickly. And my work ethic is poor. But on the other hand, the work in research is not as mind numbingly boring as the work you get in the industry with just a bachelor's

for now, I need some career advice. Any suggestions regarding anything are welcome.

Thanks a lot
