How fast would two trains travelling in opposite parallel directions (3 metres apart from each track) travelling towards a person (6 feet tall weighing 120lbs with no body fat) in the middle of where the trains would meet that would produce enough wind force to rip the victim's skin off and kill it?

Weird question, I know... I'm curious how you would tackle this problem given the density of human skin and what happens when a human is in the middle of two train tracks with trains (weighing 5,400 tonnes) travelling in opposite directions that eventually meet up at the exact speed to kill the victim.
