Is space 'cold'

Consider deep space or a perfect vacuum. If I were to put my hand outside of my spacesuit what would the sensation feel like? The only heat loss would be due to the heat radiating away from my skin. There are no slow particles to collide with my skin and rob my skin's kinetic energy. Disregarding pressure and strictly regarding temperature, would this really feel 'cold'?
