I came up with an idea for an engineering design competition just recently and while I was thinking about it I was wondering how fast a magnet could respond to positive/negative charges without being damaged for a long time.
-Assuming this is a slightly more expensive magnet but nothing that would cost a lot for a product that is usually had within the range of a new car.
-/+ are to make the magnet and what its connected to move up and down in a repetitive pattern although with varying speed.
