I'm giving a 30 minute astrophysics talk to some extremely bright middle - high schoolers. Topic suggestions?

I'm a TA for an astronomy class. As part of that job, I'm responsible for an outreach event in which I'll speak to 40 or so middle through high school students about a topic of my choice. The kids are extremely bright: They're part of a "lighthouse program" that they tested into, and a lot of their education is just self-study on topics that interest them. I've been told that the talk should be around college-level even though it's for a younger audience.

Unfortunately I didn't actually major in astrophysics (mathematical physics instead). So I'm not sure how to pick a topic. Are some especially interesting topics you can think of that would get these kids excited?
