Moneyball Bachelor's in physics?

I'd like to get a physics degree by testing out all the way through. What institutions offer this?

I'm not able to learn in a classroom setting, mostly because they go too damn fast. I don't just want the degree either, I want to do physics as easily as I can read.

I have 2 years of college already so that probably helps.
