Quality of life questions

Hello everyone, I'm coming from years of aoe3 to try out aoe2 again.

Is it possible to shift click on the aoe2 mini map to queue where a unit goes? I only seem to be able to do it on the regular play map.

Can you view how manys vils are on each resource?

Is garrisoning and ungarrisoning vils a viable movement strategy?

Is there a priority on types of food? Herdables>non herdables>berries>farms?

Is there a move all military button to here button?
