Question about entanglement and relationships between large systems of particles.

I've always wondered, when I look at some macroscopic object like a car across the street, or anything else, what is the relationship, quantum mechanically speaking, between the activity of particles in my brain and the particles of that object? Or a more specific question: is there any entanglement process going on between my brain and external macroscopic objects? If there is, is it what entanglement looks like from the "inside"? Or is it an entirely different kind of correlation? Are these even sensible questions?
