Is it valid to use Fokker–Planck equation with negative Diffusion and Negative velocity?

I have an open system in which all the particles positions diffuse, but with negative drift velocity and negative diffusion coefficient.

Namely, the averaged x becomes smaller and smaller and the distribution around the averaged x becomes more narrower over time. See Fokker-Planck in 1 dimension
