Is there a way to increase resource values for trees, stone and gold?

Is it possible to mod and increase the amount gold, stone and trees have before they disappear?

I know we can increase starting resources but I enjoy long games and having a low resource start and high resource values would stop the issue of running out of stuff far into the game.
