Stuck at splash screen

Not sure if my issue is the same as everyone else's, but my game doesn't progress past the splash scree. It does not crash after 2 seconds, which seems to be the common issue. I've tried everything: reinstalling the app, installing some other app from the store, resetting the app, resetting the store etc. I've discovered that if I restart my computer, I can open the game exactly once, and it otherwise works fine. However, at the end of a game when I press "close" on the score screen, the game always crashes, resulting in me restarting my computer at the end of each campaign mission just to keep playing. I haven't seen anyone reporting the same symptoms as me, so I'm just fishing for what might be wrong.
