Using "Alt + Tab" shortcut in windows 10 while in game (Steam EE version) causes my mouse to glitch out, rendering the game unplayable until it is closed and restarted.

Does this happen to anyone else? Essentially anytime I use the Alt + Tab shortcut for windows 10 it causes my game to glitch my mouse, i cant click anything, and it thinks my mouse is way off from where it actually is (It might highlight something in the bottom right corner while my actual mouse is in the top left corner). Does anyone know why this might happen and a possible fix? I would like to switch between tabs while in game occasionally, especially when waiting for a game to gather people and start.
