Are Hun Paladins secretly better than Spanish Paladins?

Even though their stated stats are identical, but after countless hours of gameplay, using Paladins from both civilizations, I can confidently state that Hun Paladins are more efficient in larger groups.

In large masses they seem to be easier to control and they attack more efficiently. I can't explain why this happens but patrolling them into the enemy is a smoother process than doing the same thing with Spanish Paladins.

1 vs 1 Hun Paladins and Spanish Paladins are virtually identical. It's en masse when you start noticing the difference in efficiency between the two.

Can anyone else corroborate my observation here?
