Any stable 9/256x tech mod for DE?

I have been searching for a many techs mod because I really enjoy the play style but I have found them to be of limited stability at best. I have tried the 9x and 256x mods labelled Trinh and both I find maybe a 50/50 I get through a game without crashing. I think the mod is really fun and allows for some insane gameplay but it’s very disheartening to constantly be crashing. If anyone has found a stable version of the Many Techs style mod please let me know where I can get my hands on it!! Thanks
