Can't make the mods working (MS version)

I installed AOE 2 DE with microsoft store (Game pass), and subscribed to some mods directly from the game, but they don't work and I don't know exactly why.

As you can see I have either a cor or an exclamation icon instead of a checkbox.

For information, I installed the game on a G: drive while the mods are downloaded on my C: drive (in the User/Games/Age of Empires 2 DE ... folder) but I don't think it's the problem, my game saves are here too and they work fine.
