I was playing my first ranked match and it crashed midway, does this happen frequently?

Before this i had played a 4v4 BF match with terrible fps, though my system was outputting about 100fps, someone else dragged everyone down and it went fine. Latency was no problem. Then i tried a ranked 2v2, and me and my teammate were about to win but my game crashed. It displayed no error or anything, just poof, the game is gone and im on my display. So what do Anons?
