So I decided to play around with a few mods but encountered a problem... some of them dont seem to work, the ones with the cog wheel dont seem to load at all. I tried reloading the game, closing and opening steam but nothing seems to work.
Tried to find something similar on google, but nothing... so what am I doing wrong ?
