Was the Xth game of Liereyy vs DauT played at fast speed? (Spoilers ahead)

I noticed that the game launcher in the fourth game of Liereyy vs DauT states fast speed, even though the rules clearly states normal speed. I also noticed DauT built a house in 11 real seconds.

Luckily, this game is admin re-ed for an unrelated reason.

Was this intentional? Was the game admin re-ed because of the speed? A few minutes before the start of the game, when intruders are kicked from the game room, the speed was normal. The game after the admin re is also played at normal speed.
