Questions about EE on steam

So the general consensus from what I've read is that EE is not very good compared to DE due to bugs and graphics problems. But most of these have been from no less than a year ago.

Have they fixed the textures in EE to look clear enough yet? Or do they still look blurry?

Is there any sort of option to use something closer to DE's 'high' graphics settings than its 'low' yet? (Or was this only one person's problem?)

How many of those bugs (that don't have to do with the chinese pantheon) are still there? More importantly, how many that affect gameplay? Are there any bugs related to the chinese pantheon that are game breaking that still exist that I'd need to know about?

I've heard voobly is more competitive than steam. Does this mean that steam is less competitive overall? Or is it still filled to the brim with tryhards, just that voobly is even more full of them? (Also can I make a private room in EE?)

The price is not an issue for me because it goes on discount often enough that I can wait and buy it then. I mainly want the game because DE doesn't have online anymore, and because I don't have the TotD DLC.
