We need a way to reconnect to multiplayer ranked games in the case of a disconnect.

My PC has intermittent crash issues, i'll go a long period of time without a crash and then get a couple within an hour. In most games this isn't an issue since I can just restart my pc and rejoin the game, but once you disconnect in aoe2 there's no way to rejoin and it's super frustrating.
