Multiple Que via Control Group

Hi,

I see that the pros are multiple queing via CG. For example, I'm selecting 3 TC and grouping them to number 5z yet when I click 5 and press Q (train vil) 3 times it trains it 3 times from 1 TC. My goal was to train 3 vils but from the 3 TCs in parallel, how can I do that ?
