Any tips on rally 10+ settlers to multiple mills and estates?

Very often you need a quick way to spread your 99 settler to mills and estates.

The hotkey (`) when you have less than 30 settlers is managable but it goes out of hands when you have 50+ settlers. So far I found rally them first onto wood and moving batch of 7 (optimise villager time) or 10 (optimise wood cost) to reduce villager idle time and allow me time to have a peek at the battle.

However I am looking for a direct way to spread settler onto mills and estates when the trees are far away or all chopped
