How to disable the "E" button on top right [AoM: the Titans]

Trust you are well.

Theres an "E" button by default on the top right corner of in-game ui. The button provides additional options like camera controls, lighting controls, playtest tools, etc. This popped -up after I installed a campaign mod from aom heaven. Is there a way to disable this, as I often end-up accidentally clicking on the button.
