Applying Quantum superposition in the Bible, Genesis.

When god created adam and eve, he told them not to eat the forbidden fruit in the middle of the forest.

Then god(observer) left the garden and went somewhere else, he left a snek in the garden that could 50/50 convince the woman to eat the fruit or not, therefore breaking the rule. Now adam and eve are stuck in a superposition of eating the forbidden fruit or not.
