How to start off with Loki? or any God

Hey guys, I used to have a strategy that someone showed me but I forgot because I took a long break. How do I start a Loki rush strategy. I already know how to attack and what to train, I'm mostly looking for when u JUST start what your gatherers should gather what I'm looking for:

When game just starts how much villagers should I focus on food, gold, and wood?

What should be my villager assignment formula (Example: Like after u focus ur 4 villagers on food use a formula like add 2 to food then 1 to gold and 2 to wood.)
