upgrades to ranged units and upgrade for infantry-cav

fletching/leather armor combo upgrades every fucking imaginable ranged unit, cavalry and boats included, on top of giving them more range

but if you want to upgrade halbs/militia you have to get a super specific upgrade that boosts literally nothing but militia-halbs, seems legit

WTF is "infantry plate mail" and "cavalry plate mail" anyways? a fucking plate mail is a fucking plate mail, it doesn't suddenly become a piece of shit if the dude dismounts from his horse
