Can the angular momentum of a fidget spinner cause a person to spin this rapidly?

I was shown this video today of astronauts playing with a fidget spinner in space. I have doubts that the angular momentum of a spinner is sufficient to induce such big movements in humans.

Weirdly enough there is also a jump cut between each person grabbing the spinner and them beginning to spin, which might allude to camera tricks.

Note: I'm not alluding to the ISS or space being fake. Only questioning the magnitude of angular momentum transfer between a fidget spinner and a person!
