If Ethiopians is top 5 civ on Arabia, then so is Britons

Brits have better eco bonuses than Ethiopians (+33% sheep and -50% wood on TC is better than +300F/+300G overall IMO). Britons have the better archery as well, starting from castle age. (Brits have better micro potential due to range and can outrange mangonels in castle age). Britons cavalry is a tad better and their infantry is at par with Ethiopians. The only thing that brits lack over Ethiopians is maybe late-game siege, but 1v1 Arabia games seldom go that late anyway. Why do pro players like Ethiopians, but not Britons? Ethiopians is being picked in almost every series in KotD, but Britons not that frequently.
