Wondering if someone would be willing to watch a rec and give tips on how to defend from a trush

The usual advice is to scout early to spot it coming, but what if for whatever reason you take a long time to find all your sheep or something? I eventually spotted that he was on stone and tried to start walling, but it wasn't enough. What could I have done better?
