I cannot run the Vanilla version to find my product key so I can reset my password

I need to reset my password but I need the vanilla product key. I'm supposed to get it by running the vanilla executable. I have the following executables:

age3.exe, age3x.exe, Age3Launcher.exe, Age3xLauncher.exe, age3y.exe,

The first 4 all run the Warchiefs Expansion and the last runs Asian Dynasties so I cannot run vanilla AoE3. So I cannot reset my password even though I know my username and email, since I forgot the answer to my secret question.

Please help...
