voobly hotkeys singleplayer worked but not in the multiplayer

hello everybody,

i want to play on voobly in the multiplayer, but my hotkeys didnt worked there. when i start a game in the singleplayer mode it works fine but in other lobbys it doesnt work.. solutions? thanks
