Looking for a mod to simply make stone the same as gold (800 units)

I'm looking for a data mod to make stone have the same units as gold. That's it. Anyone know of one?

All I can find on Steam mods are crazy amounts per resource like "50,000 units" or "99,999 units", etc

Edit: additionally, if someone can point me to how to write one (or modify an existing one) that'd be helpful too
