Say that all of these other JRPG franchises attempted to replicate Ni No Kuni II's kingdom building and skirmish minigames

Every time I look at Ni No Kuni II's kingdom building and skirmish minigames, and it's always reminding me of the original Warcraft trilogy before it became World of Warcraft. You're building and expanding a kingdom to gather extra resources, as well as recruiting extra citizens to further improve and enhance that kingdom. You also use said kingdom to recruit extra soldiers for large-scale skirmish battles. And in both cases, it's practically almost similar to the base, resource, and unit management normally found in RTS's like Warcraft.

So just imagine if other JRPG's, like Final Fantasy, Dragon Quest, Tales of, Star Ocean, the Xeno series, the Shin Megami Tensei series, the Souls series, etc., all featured those exact same two mechanics as Ni No Kuni II, where you're building and managing a base, resources, citizens, and army, as opposed to just a small party of adventurers. Do you think those mechanics would enhance those other JRPG's like with Ni No Kuni II and most RTS's like Warcraft and Age of Empires?

EDIT: Got rid of the Persona series, since yeah, base, resource, and unit management would have felt out-of-place in that series.
