No games in Definitive Edition? Or something wrong with my internet?

When I check steam charts for the player count, its always around 10-20k players that have recently played. However when I go into un-ranked games there will be at most 3 games, usually 0 or 1. When I go into spectate matches, there is always less than 5 games that I can watch (ranked or un-ranked). A month ago there were a lot more games, and always 50+ matches I could spectate. Is the game dying or is something else wrong?
