Is there a way to see what farms are not being used by villagers for quicker retasking?

I always find it difficult to retask vils to unused farms, especially after a raid. What frequently happens is a group of cavalry run in and kill a handful of villagers, and I lose some on farming. I need to retask some villagers to farms to balance my economy, but I cant quickly tell which farms are being used. Often I accidentally task a villager to an in-use farm and they sit idle for too long.

Anyone have any tips for this?
