Help! Can my PC run DE?

I have been on HD for long and want to move to DE during the sale.

People who know, can you please tell me if DE can run on my system with the following specs:

Intel core i7-9700k CPU @ 3.60 GHz (It can go upto 4.5 GHz)

32 GB RAM

I dont really have a graphics card.
