So how to kill a Siege Onager with Mangudai efficiently?

I am trying to get that achievement, but the AI does not seem to want to build Siege Onagers xD

I have tried starting in post-imperial and still had no luck.

Do you guys have any ideas on how to get this achiev efficiently?
