What games, that aren't purely educational teach you the most useful real-world knowledge?

20 years ago in my high-school, all the best History students were incidentally also Age of Empires buffs.

In 2020, there are games about everything from truck-driving, to space mining, and running a business. Which games actually teach you a lot of knowledge that could be useful for education or work in a field?
