How to beat siege arbalester as vikings?

I played an arena game as flank recently. I was vikings, my opponent was Ethiopians.

I did a 3TC boom into 25 min imp, got trebs out right away, and started pushing with trebs and arbalester. He was much later to the imp and was massing skirms to stop me just walking in with my army so I just started trebbing down all his production buildings. Eventually he hit imp and pushed back with rams and knights from his pocket which put me on the backfoot.

At this point his pocket left so it was basically a 1v1. His army composition was arbalester, bombard cannons, rams and a few hussar. I felt like I had absolutely no answer to it.

What should I have made?
