New Fireworks/Celebration Sound on Age-Up: How do I get rid of it?

After the last patch or maybe I unlocked an achievement or something, but there's an audio effect that plays that I find quite annoying and immersion-breaking. And loud.

I looked in the settings and couldn't find it anywhere how do I turn this off?

That's one thing I think DE didn't do good enough of a job on is improving the menu and in-game settings system. It still feels very early-2000s hard to navigate to me.
