When my friends and I play vs bots all our games end up looking like slideshows. What is causing this and how can we fix it? Because the game is basically unplayable with the graphical stuttering. Only one of us is not running on a high-performance PC, is it because they are running on a lower performance PC that we all are encountering issues?
