Spies balancing

Spies should be balanced in my opinion (take everything I say with a grain of salt, I'm not an expert). Anyways, let's say you have a very close game with an opponent. By the time you finally defeat them, there's no gold yet, your eco is in ruins if your at a lower level, probably no stone left wither. 95% of the time the opponent resigns and it's a nice gg. The other 5% of the time though, the opponent plays as annoyingly as they can. They run little boats around the water if there's water, have their little villagers, and possibly the last few military units around and hide in hidden spots. This is when you normally research spies, but if they have 8 villagers out that's 2000 gold which you will be able to get, but it will waste your time. Bringing the price would remove this annoyance totally, and never actually make it op as if you can research it, you're certainly going to win. I would recommend bringing down the price to 100, or somewhere around there.

For all the people that don't agree, just think that there is virtually no downside(assuming you don't lower it to low), and greatly reduce the annoyance with these types of players.
