Unpopular opinion: is anyone else sick of having to play with foreigners?

Yeah this is a throwaway account cause I dont want this on my main, but I am so sick of having to play against foreigners. Not only do they have awful internet which ruins my experience but they also cant even speak english when I ask for pauses. I mean is it really that hard to learn english... or even just the word pause. I mean I guess in a lot of 3rd world countries like India or Mexico it might be since they lack the funding for education but why doesnt AoE have their own servers for these people? I'm sick of having to play with them and I constantly lose because of them. The devs need to patch this asap.
