Anyone else experiencing multiplayer game delay since yesterday?

By delay, I mean that the game is slow to respond to my actions. Like if I click a unit to move somewhere, it starts moving after like half a second. Never experienced anything like this before, it's quite different from regular network lag. I tried all sorts of things - changing graphics settings, restarting my PC multiple times, I even uninstalled and reinstalled the game. The delay still remains. Does anyone have any suggestions?
