What if Some Unique Infantry were available from the Barracks upon hitting Castle Age?

Infantry are heavily sidelined by Cavalry and Archers in Aoe2. The generic Swordsman line is weak and relegated to Anti-trash/Anti-Eagle role. The given reason is, it would be boring if infantry Civs could just use the most basic unit in the game to beat their opponent. I personally do not agree with this but, it is a reasonable argument. What I am personally annoyed by is that, there are some really interesting Infantry UUs that have their own niche and have greater purpose in the game than the Steppe Lancer. But despite that, they never see any use because they are very difficult to tech into due to being castle units. So here are my personal thoughts on Each Infantry UU if they were available from the barracks upon hitting castle age (Without any unique tech researched eg. Anarchy, Maruders).

Aztec Jaguar Warrior: Its a Long sword/Champion with bonus damage vs infantry. Since its just a better Champion, I feel it is better off as a castle unit.

Celtic Woad Raider: Its a Long sword/Champion that moves at the speed of cavalry. Should be exclusively a castle unit for the same reason as Jaguars.

Ethiopian Shotel Warrior: Fast moving shock troops with high attack but very low health and armor. Now is interesting. There is no generic counterpart to this unit. They can be a true nuisance if used properly but almost never seen. Personally, I think they might be too oppressive if they came out of Barracks but still, will give Ethiopians an interesting option in castle.

Frankish Throwing Axeman: The classic ranged infantry with a melee attack. Franks do use them occasionally to counter Pikes/Halbs. But they might be too strong for the Franks if they came out of the Barracks. However, they are unique and don't really have direct generic counterparts. I personally think they would be a solid third generic infantry for multiple civs.

Gothic Huskarls: 2.

Incan Kamyuk: A Pikeman with extra reach and higher base attack. Good in mass against Infantry as well as Cavalry. Since they fill the purpose of both the generic Barracks units they should probably remain a castle unit.

Japanese Samurai: Its a Long sword/Champion with bonus damage vs UUs. So, see Jaguars.

Malay Karambit Warrior: Fast moving shock troops with low attack, low health, low cost and low pop. Just like Shotels, they have no direct generic counterpart and rarely sees use. They are clear in their purpose and definitely not op. So, I would rather have them as a generic Barracks unit for multiple civs.

Malian Gbeto: The third shock troop in the game. This time, they have a ranged attack. We may need to reduce their attack if we want them as a Barracks unit. Otherwise, They fall in the same niche as Shotels and Karambits who have no generic counterparts.

Sicillian Sergeant: Its a Long sword/Champion with armor and can build Donjons. There's absolutely no reason for them to be a Barracks unit.

Tutonic Knights: Heavily armored slow infantry that'll empty your mills and die to archers. Just like the shock troops, there are no generic counterparts to these guys. So, they should be a Barracks unit. Even then I doubt they'll see serious use.

Viking Berserk: Its a Long sword/Champion that regenerates. c Jags.

In short, there is design space for A generic ranged infantry, shock infantry and a slow heavy infantry in the game. Otherwise, making some castle units available from the Barracks could allow for some interesting choices.
