No in game voice audio

Last night the in game voice acting played fine, today its not working. Haven't changed any settings at all, steam is set to English as is the game

All other sounds seem to be working fine

Tried disabling the only other audio playback device that was enabled, no luck

Restarted PC, no luck

Any ideas?
