Haitian bucanneers with letter of marque might be the weirdest unit in the game

Its a pikeman and a skirmisher at the same time,but gets countered by other skirms because its tagged as heavy infantry.

It can use cover mode,like a melee unit,and it doesn't affect its ranged attack at all.

It has 20 range,even though it shoots a pistol,while certain rifle using units have ranges of 16/18

They are pretty cool,but very weird
