Im debating whether I should go for my masters immediately after graduation or work first then get a masters - the reason I've heard against getting a masters immediately is that you have too much training and not enough experience and companies don't want to hire you because you command a higher salary. Any validity to this? I am a physics major so getting a masters in engineering seems to be essential right after graduation
