New to the game. Are there any overview videos about the meta?

As the title says, im new to the game. i've been watching lots of streams and some videos as i play(having lots of fun!). But i dont really understand alot of things that are going on in multiplayer. are there any videos where someone talks about the meta of the game? the types of races that are most commonly played and why, frequent build orders, etc. im having trouble finding very general videos like that. thank you!
