Recently someone deleted his TC shortly before teched to feudal and built it next to mine. My reaction was to send in about 10 vills and start shooting at his TC already before it went up (couldn't reach the builders) - he did the same after he finished building it and somehow he managed to keep his longer alive then mine (i run out on wood for repairing despite having quite some villagers on wood).
What is the best reaction if you see something like that? send all vills to fight and trying him to prevent even finishing up the TC? Probably won't work if he fastwalls.
